Deposits, withdrawals and verification

Joker accepts deposits in euros via credit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers and mobile payment methods. All deposits are free with no additional charges. The minimum amount to deposit is 10€, with a maximum of 10.000€ per transaction (except Bizum and Paysafecard which have specific limits).

Deposits are processed immediately for most methods. If you experience delays or your deposit does not appear in your account, check the status of your payment with your bank or service provider.

Joker allows immediate withdrawals once your account is verified. Withdrawals are processed instantly on credit cards and JOKERCASH. Bank transfers take between 1 and 3 working days.

There are daily withdrawal limits to protect your account. Visa and Mastercard allow up to 600€ daily and 600€ per transaction. JOKERCASH and bank transfers have limits of up to 999€ and 10.000€ respectively. If you need to withdraw amounts higher than these limits, contact the support team about available options.

Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bizum and Paysafecard do not allow withdrawals; use credit card, JOKERCASH or bank transfer to withdraw funds.

Joker requires account verification before processing withdrawals. Verification is mandatory to comply with player protection regulations. The process includes confirming your identity and personal details.

To access certain promotions, such as the no deposit bonus of 30€, you must verify your account within 3 days from redemption. If you do not complete verification within that period, you could lose access to the promotion.

The no-deposit bonus of 30€ requires no initial deposit, but does require account verification. Deposit welcome bonuses offer up to 200% on your deposit, with a maximum of 1.000€ on casino/slots or 100€ on betting.
